From the first phone call, getting a quote for their services, we have dealt with Paul and have been extremely happy with his professionalism and how he explains his process. We had a carpenter ant problem and he came out, sprayed and said that we would see more activity due to the ants not being able to cross the barrier of the spray, before it stopped. The next few days after that initial service, we saw more ants, but then nothing in that area. He came out in between our monthly services once because we saw some in the other side of the house. He sprayed and we haven't seen them since. Both of those areas of the house back up to an old, wooden deck, so it made sense to see those ants. We haven't seen them for a couple months. Around this time last year, spiders were all over the outside of the house, but since Paul has started treatment several months ago, we haven't that big of a problem. We also have seen a decline in hornet and yellow jacket activity on our porch. He sprays our finished basement and we find the occasional dead bug along where the walls and floors meet. Rarely have we seen live bugs in our basement since starting treatment and when we do see them, they are clearly dying. Pest Xclusions Pros is affordable and definitely worth it. Their customer service has been better than some of the "bigger" more well known companies we've dealt with. We highly recommend Pest Xclusions Pros.
I've been using their service for a few years and the number of spiders (my main issue) is pretty much non-existent. Anytime I need an additional application Paul comes out at no charge. Always easy to work with and affordable.

I have been using Pest Xclusion Pros for about a year and a half now to combat spider and centipedes in our home. We are backed up to woods so we were getting huge wolf spiders in our basement. Using their services we have not seen any big spiders or centipedes for quite a long time now. They treat the inside as well as the outside. They are a very affordable service and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them.
