Inspection — a thorough inspection inside and out. We identify the pest, find the entry points and harborage areas, and note the conditions that are attracting them.
A plan for your home — we explain what we found in plain language and recommend what your home actually needs, including the simple fixes you can handle yourself. No pressure, and no services you don't need.
Targeted treatment — interior and exterior treatment matched to the pest and to your home, so the problem is treated where it lives, not just where you see it.
Ongoing protection — service on a monthly or quarterly schedule so problems don't come back. Most services are backed by a warranty.
Pricing
No published rate card — because no two homes, and no two pest problems, are exactly alike. Your price depends on the size of your home, the pest and how established the problem is, and how often we service. Here is how it always works:
A complete general pest treatment for an active problem — ants, spiders, cockroaches, stink bugs, and the rest of the usual Michigan lineup — inside and out, with the entry points and conditions that let them in pointed out along the way.

For an active mouse or rat problem we always recommend ongoing monthly service — rodents aren't solved in a single visit. Service starts with an inspection and bait station installation, and general pest protection is included in the price at no extra charge. Most customers stay on because it works.
