Entrance posting sign — “House in the Cloud”

Michigan requires this sign — the house in the cloud — to be posted at the building's primary entrance(s) for at least 48 hours after an indoor broadcast, foliar, or space insecticide application (other than general-use ready-to-use products) in a commercial or public building, health care facility, school, or day care center (Regulation 637, Rule 11). The applicator provides the sign; the building manager posts it. We hand this sign to your building manager after an indoor application — or print one here: it prints at 5″ × 5″, and it may not be printed smaller than 2½″ × 2½″, the minimum size the rule allows. Write the date of application on the line before posting.
