Pest Control · Downriver & Monroe County
Pest Xclusion Pros (PXP) provides residential and commercial pest control across Downriver and Monroe County. Owner-operated, licensed and insured, with free estimates and no long-term contracts. When you call, you talk to the person who does the work.
What we treat
Ants in the kitchen, mice in the walls, wasps under the eaves — if it crawls, flies, or chews, we handle it. All customers. All pests. All year.
See the work
Before any treatment, we look — at door seals and thresholds, foundations, crawl spaces, and the quiet corners pests actually use. Entry points are the first thing we check, on every visit.
An entry-point check at the siding — step one of every PXP visit.
Services & pricing
No pressure and no contracts to sign. Every job starts with a free inspection, and you get your exact price in writing before any work begins.
One thorough treatment for the pests troubling your home, inside and out — or a quarterly service that keeps them from coming back season after season.

Mice and rats are a process, not a one-visit fix. Monthly rodent service starts with an inspection and bait station installation, then keeps working until the problem is gone — and general pest control is included in the price.
